What to include
For sizing
Your wrist measurement in centimetres as read, the piece you are considering, and how you would like it to sit: under a cuff, or seen. A photograph of the tape on the wrist helps.
For repair or restringing
The atelier number from the card, a photograph of the piece as it is, and whether you would like the size changed while it is with us. A tracked label follows within one business day.
For an order
The order number. If it is a gift going to a different address or a hotel, say so, and we will time the dispatch.
We do not run a chat window or a telephone line. One address, answered in order, within one business day, by someone who has held the piece you are writing about.
