Private circle
Numbered pieces are offered to the circle first.
A short list of wearers who hear from the house before anyone else. One note a month. No noise.

What the circle receives
Numbered pieces, first
When material arrives in a quantity that will not repeat, the pieces made from it are offered to the circle before they appear on the site. When the batch is gone, the number retires.
One note a month
A single letter from the bench: what is on the tray, one article from the journal, one thing we learned about a stone. Never more than one. Never a sale.
Restringing reminders
Cord and closure are kept for life. Once a year we write to ask how the piece is wearing and remind you that restringing is waiting whenever it is needed.
There is no discount for joining and there never will be. The circle exists so that the people who wear the house's work hear about it first, and so that a piece is never lost for want of a reminder. Leave whenever you like; the record of your piece stays.
The private circle
