Returns & exchanges
Thirty days. If it does not feel right in the hand, it comes back.
The window
30 days from delivery
Any piece may be returned within thirty days of delivery for a full refund. It should come back in its box with its numbered card, unworn beyond trying on, with the seal card intact. Bespoke commissions and pieces engraved to order are made for one person and cannot be returned, but they can be resized.
Process
Four steps

01 · Email
Write to [email protected] with your order number and the atelier number on the card. No reason is required.

02 · Label
We reply within one business day with a prepaid, tracked return label and packing instructions.

03 · Inspection
When the piece arrives it is checked against its ledger entry. We confirm receipt the same day.

04 · Refund
The refund is issued to the original payment method within seven business days of inspection.
Resize & exchange
Before returning, consider a resize
If the only thing wrong is the fit, do not return it. Send it back with the atelier number and we resize it once, complimentary, in either direction. It returns in about a week, strung to the centimetre.
Exchanges within the thirty days are welcome. Tell us which piece and which size; we string the new one while the first is on its way back, and settle any difference in price either way.
