This Cancellation Policy applies to every order placed at ordanne.com. The store is operated by Cogniva Technology LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States, trading as Ordanne.
Before your piece is strung
Nothing is strung ahead of an order. Write to [email protected] with your order number at any time before your piece is strung and we will cancel it in full, at no cost.
After your piece is strung
Once a piece has been strung to your measurement the materials cannot return to stock, so we cannot cancel the order. We dispatch the piece and you may return it instead: our Return & Refund Policy gives you 30 days from delivery, a prepaid return label, and no restocking fee.
Changing an order
Before stringing begins we can change the size, the stone or the delivery address at no cost. After stringing we can still change the delivery address while the parcel is with us.
Orders we cancel
We may cancel an order and refund it in full when a numbered stone is no longer available, when a listing or price error comes to light before dispatch, or when a payment cannot be verified. We write to you before we do.
How the money comes back
Refunds are always returned to the original payment method, in full, within 5 business days of the cancellation being confirmed. Card payments are processed and refunded through Stripe. Your bank typically posts the refund within a further 5 to 10 business days.
Recurring payments
We do not sell subscriptions, memberships or recurring plans. There is nothing to cancel beyond an individual order.
